Note: We do NOT store credit/debit card details. Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, etc.).

2.3 Bluetooth (BLE) Usage

The app uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to:

• Connect to milk vending machines
• Authorize milk dispensing
• Receive transaction confirmation

Bluetooth is used only for machine interaction and not for tracking users.

The app may access location when in use to:

• Show nearby vending machines
• Track delivery vehicle location (if enabled)

3.1 Personal Information

• Mobile Number
• Employee ID
• Assigned Route Information

3.2 Location Data (Foreground & Background)

The Dudh Rath Driver app collects real-time GPS location data, including background location, while the driver is on duty.

Location data is used for:

• Route tracking
• Delivery monitoring
• Route deviation alerts
• Operational performance tracking

3.3 Device & Usage Data

• Device model
• App usage logs
• Attendance and activity logs

• Authenticate users
