PART A – TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USAGE OF THE DOODH RATH PLATFORM

Welcome to Doodh Rath!

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between NIF Private Limited, registered at 119-121, Block P&T, Fazalganj, Kalpi Road, Kanpur – 208012, Uttar Pradesh (“NIF”, “we”, “us” or “our”) - operator of the Doodh Rath mobile application and Milk ATM/vending machine network (collectively, the “Platform”) — and any person accessing or using the Platform (“you”, “your”, “User(s)” or “Customer(s)”).

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. For queries, contact crm@nirpl.com.

For the purposes of these Terms: (a) “Products” or “Services” shall mean fresh milk and related dairy supplies dispensed through Doodh Rath Milk ATMs/vending machines, subscription plans, and any other services offered through the Platform; and (b) “Parties” shall mean NIF and the User collectively; each individually a “Party”.

  1. GENERAL
    1. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform for purchasing milk and dairy products through Bluetooth enabled (“BLE-enabled”) Milk ATMs and doorstep delivery, as applicable.
    2. We may amend these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting. Please review the Terms each time you use the Platform.
    3. Any access or use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all other published policies (collectively, the “Agreement”).
    4. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and requires no physical or digital signature.
    5. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Platform solely for availing Services under these Terms.
  2. USER REGISTRATION
    1. Registration requires a valid mobile number and OTP verification. It is a one-time process that activates your Doodh Rath account.
    2. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    3. You must: (a) promptly notify us of any unauthorised use or security breach; and (b) log out after each session on shared devices. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to do so.
    4. We may refuse access, restrict orders, or suspend/deactivate your account at our sole discretion for: (a) breach of these Terms or applicable law; (b) suspected fraud or unlawful conduct; (c) policy abuse; (d) maintaining multiple accounts; or (e) conduct harmful to NIF or its personnel.
  3. COMMUNICATION AND NOTIFICATIONS
    1. By accepting these Terms, you consent to transactional and promotional communications via push notifications, SMS, email, IVR, or calls to your registered contact details.
    2. This consent extends to marketing communications even if your number is registered under DND/NCPR under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2025.
    3. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via the instructions in such communications or by writing to crm@nirpl.com, though doing so may limit certain Platform features.
  4. AVAILABILITY AND ACCESSIBILITY
    1. The Platform operates in India only. Use from outside India is at your own risk and subject to local laws.
    2. Vending Machine availability and serviceable areas may vary. We may add or remove service locations at our sole discretion without prior notice.
  5. USER WARRANTIES AND RESTRICTIONS
    1. You warrant that: (a) your use of the Platform is lawful; (b) all information submitted is true and accurate; and (c) your content will not infringe third-party rights.
    2. You shall not:
      1. Delete or modify any content on the Platform, including pricing, product descriptions, or machine availability;
      2. Use any automated tool, bot, spider, or scraper to access the Platform;
      3. Attempt to bypass, tamper with, or manipulate the BLE-based authentication or dispensing mechanism of Milk ATMs;
      4. Introduce malicious code, viruses, trojans, or any harmful software into the Platform or connected systems;
      5. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, server, or database connected to the Platform;
      6. Engage in any fraudulent transactions or attempt to obtain Products without valid payment;
      7. Make false or malicious statements against NIF, the Platform, or its Services;
      8. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
    3. Any fraudulent use of the Platform may result in immediate account deactivation and legal proceedings under applicable Indian law, including recovery of costs, goods, and legal fees.
  6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    1. All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, software, and the Doodh Rath brand is the exclusive property of NIF or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
    2. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of availing the Services. No other rights are granted.
    3. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
  7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
    1. THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “WHERE-IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
    2. We do not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) Milk ATMs will be available at all times; (c) milk quality will be unaffected by factors outside our control after dispensing; or (d) BLE-enabled connectivity will be available in all environments.
    3. Visual representations of milk volumes on the Platform are indicative only. Actual dispensed volume may vary marginally depending on machine calibration.
  8. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NIF, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of or access to the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
    2. Our aggregate liability, if established by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall not exceed the amount charged from you for the specific transaction under which such liability arose.
  9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

  11. MISCELLANEOUS
    1. These Terms supersede all prior oral and written communications relating to your use of the Platform.
    2. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be excluded to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
    3. No provision of these Terms shall be deemed waived unless such waiver is in writing and signed by NIF. Any consent by NIF to a breach shall not constitute consent to any subsequent breach.
    4. These Terms may be amended without advance notice. You are advised to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
    5. NIF shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations where such delay or failure arises from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, power failures, government actions, civil unrest, or network disruptions.

PART B – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DISPENSING ON DOODH RATH PLATFORM

These Terms of Sale govern the terms on which you purchase milk and dairy products through the Doodh Rath Platform. By initiating a dispensing transaction or placing an order, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, which form part of the Agreement.

  1. CONTRACT OF SALE
    1. Listing of Products on the Platform constitutes an invitation to you to make an offer for purchase. Initiating a dispensing request or placing an order through the Platform constitutes your offer to buy the Product from us.
    2. A contract of sale is formed when the dispensing machine acknowledges successful payment and authorises dispensing, or when we confirm your order for doorstep delivery (as applicable).
    3. You confirm that Products are purchased for your personal, non-commercial consumption and not for resale or commercial purposes. We reserve the right to impose daily quantity or transaction limits at our sole discretion.
    4. All transactions are subject to: (a) availability of the Milk ATM; (b) sufficiency of wallet balance; (c) BLE-enabled connectivity; and (d) your continued compliance with these Terms.
  2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
    1. Milk ATM availability is indicated on the Platform map. Machine availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or stock unavailability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific machine.
    2. If a machine becomes unavailable after you initiate a transaction, any amount debited will be credited back to your Doodh Rath Wallet within 5–7 working days, subject to verification.
  3. PRODUCT PRICING
    1. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
    2. Prices displayed at the time of initiating a transaction are the prices applicable. Subscription rates may be revised and updated on the Platform; any revision will apply from the date of renewal.
    3. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Revised pricing will be communicated through the Platform and shall apply to all transactions from the effective date.
  4. MILK DISPENSING PROCESS
    1. Milk dispensing is initiated through the Customer App via BLE-enabled connectivity to the designated Milk ATM. You must be within BLE-enabled range of the machine to complete a dispensing transaction.
    2. Dispensing occurs only after successful payment deduction from your Doodh Rath Wallet. Once dispensing is completed and confirmed by the machine, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed, subject to Clause 5 below.
    3. You are responsible for bringing a suitable clean container to collect dispensed milk. NIF shall not be liable for contamination resulting from use of an unsuitable or unclean container.
    4. If milk is not dispensed due to a machine malfunction, communication error, or technical failure on our part, the applicable amount shall be refunded to your Doodh Rath Wallet as per the Refund Policy.
  5. LICENCES AND COMPLIANCE: You acknowledge that certain Products may be subject to applicable food safety laws and FSSAI regulations. You are solely responsible for compliance with any laws applicable to your purchase and use of milk and dairy products.
  6. TAXES: You shall be responsible for payment of all charges and applicable taxes associated with your purchases on the Platform.
  7. ELIGIBILITY: Only persons competent to enter into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (i.e., aged 18 years or above, of sound mind, and not disqualified by law) may transact on the Platform.

PART C – E-WALLET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully. By using the Doodh Rath Wallet, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Wallet.

  1. DEFINITIONS: In these Wallet Terms, the “Doodh Rath Wallet” means the prepaid digital wallet created on the Doodh Rath Platform for the exclusive purpose of transacting on the Platform. The Wallet comprises: (a) Main Wallet (loaded by User); and (b) Cashback/Promotional Wallet (credited by NIF at its discretion).
  2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for the Doodh Rath Wallet, you must have attained the age of majority (18 years) under Indian law and be a registered User of the Platform.
  3. ABOUT YOUR WALLET
    1. The Doodh Rath Wallet is issued and administered by NIF. It allows you to load Indian Rupee value for exclusive use on the Platform. The Wallet balance is not insured or guaranteed by any bank or governmental authority.
    2. The balance loaded in the Wallet is a prepayment solely for purchasing Products and availing Services on the Doodh Rath Platform within India.
    3. The Main Wallet may be loaded using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or other RBI-approved payment methods. NIF does not store credit/debit card details; all payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways.
    4. Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts. One Wallet cannot be reloaded using another registered Wallet. Cashback/Promotional Wallet credits may be subject to expiry as determined by NIF.
    5. NIF reserves the right not to accept or to restrict Wallet use if it reasonably believes use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
    6. When you transact, the balance shall be deducted in the following order of priority: (i) Cashback/Promotional Wallet; and (ii) Main Wallet.
    7. Successful transactions are confirmed by a debit from your Wallet and an acknowledgment notification sent to your registered mobile number.
  4. FEES AND EXPIRY: Current charges applicable to the Wallet:

NIF reserves the right to modify charges at any time. All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes.

  1. RECEIPTS AND STATEMENTS
    1. Transaction history and Wallet balance may be viewed in the “Wallet” section of your Doodh Rath account on the App.
    2. Periodic statements are not automatically dispatched. You should regularly review your transaction history to verify accuracy.
  2. BILLING ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS: NIF reserves the right to correct Wallet balances where a clerical, billing, or accounting error has occurred. For queries, contact crm@nirpl.com.
  3. UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS AND LIABILITY
    1. You are responsible for all transactions associated with your Wallet. The Wallet operates on the basis of your mobile OTP login and remains accessible to any person with access to your registered mobile device. You agree to take full responsibility for any unauthorised access arising from loss or theft of your device.
    2. You must immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorised use by contacting crm@nirpl.com or calling our Toll-Free number: 1800 123 0800.
  4. WALLET BLOCKING: NIF reserves the right to block your Wallet if it believes you have engaged in: (a) fraudulent or unauthorised transactions; (b) mala fide refund or dispute claims; (c) gaming of platform features; or (d) repeated and unjustified failure reports.
  5. WALLET CLOSURE AND REFUND OF BALANCE
    1. If NIF blocks or closes your account due to breach of the Agreement, the balance in the Main Wallet (after adjustment of cashback credits and fraudulent transactions) shall be credited to your source account within 15 days of successful verification and KYC completion.
    2. If you voluntarily close your account, the Main Wallet balance (after adjustments) shall be refunded to your source account within 15 days of raising a successful request through Customer care, subject to KYC requirements.
    3. Cashback/Promotional Wallet balances shall stand forfeited upon account closure.
  6. CHANGES AND TERMINATION
    1. NIF reserves the right to amend these Wallet Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on the Platform.
    2. NIF may suspend or terminate Wallet services at any time without notice in the event of fraudulent or unlawful use.
    3. These Wallet Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and NIF with respect to the Doodh Rath Wallet, and supersede all prior arrangements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
    4. Assignment: NIF may assign all or part of these Wallet Terms without prior notice. The assignee shall have the same rights and obligations as NIF.

PART D – SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms (“Subscription Policy”) govern the subscription plans offered through the Doodh Rath Platform. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by this Subscription Policy.

  1. ABOUT DOODH RATH SUBSCRIPTIONS
    1. Doodh Rath offers prepaid subscription plans enabling Customers to receive fixed daily quantities of milk over a chosen period. Subscription plans are available for 7, 15, 30, 60, 90, and 180-day durations. Plan details and pricing are available on the Platform.
    2. Subscription fees must be paid in advance from your Doodh Rath Wallet. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to abide by the terms herein.
  2. SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS: Active subscribers receive: (a) guaranteed daily milk quantity as per their plan; (b) any promotional benefits as offered from time to time.
  3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
    1. Non-Refundable: Subscription fees, once deducted, are non-refundable to the original payment source. Any unused days remaining upon termination of the Platform relationship shall be credited to your Doodh Rath Wallet.
    2. Pause Option: Subscriptions may be paused through the Platform for valid reasons (e.g., travel, illness) for a maximum period as specified in the app. Paused days are added to the end of your subscription validity.
    3. Modification: The daily quantity or plan type may be modified subject to applicable terms displayed on the Platform at the time of modification.
    4. Non-Transferable: Subscription benefits are for the registered User only and cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared.
  4. ACTIVATION AND RENEWAL
    1. Subscriptions become active immediately upon successful payment deduction from the Doodh Rath Wallet.
    2. If you select auto-renewal, the subscription fee for the next period shall be automatically deducted from your Wallet at the prevailing rate upon expiry of the current plan. You may opt out of auto-renewal at any time through the Platform settings.
    3. In the event your Wallet has insufficient balance for auto-renewal, the subscription will lapse until manually renewed.
  5. MISSED DELIVERIES / DISPENSING
    1. Home Delivery Subscriptions: If you are unable to collect your subscribed milk on a particular day and do not pause the subscription in advance, the dispensing opportunity for that day shall lapse with no rollover or refund.
    2. Self-Pick-Up Subscriptions: If you are unable to collect your subscribed milk from the Milk ATM on a particular day - whether due to failure to pause the subscription in advance or failure to visit the machine - you may apply for a refund of the amount corresponding to that day's missed dispensing, subject to the following conditions:
      1. A service request must be submitted through the Customer Support section of the App within 48 hours of the missed dispensing window;
      2. A valid reason must be provided along with the service request;
      3. Upon verification and approval of the service request by NIF, the applicable amount shall be credited to your Doodh Rath Wallet within 7 working days;
      4. Refunds under this clause shall be credited to the Doodh Rath Wallet only and shall not be transferred to the original payment source under any circumstances;
      5. NIF's decision on the validity of the reason and eligibility for refund shall be final and binding.
    3. NIF shall not be liable for missed dispensing due to: (a) BLE unavailability on your device; (b) insufficient Wallet balance; or (c) machine unavailability where adequate prior notice was issued.

PART E – DELIVERY AND OPERATIONS POLICY (DRIVER APP)

This Policy governs the operational standards applicable to milk delivery personnel (“Drivers”) using the Doodh Rath Driver App, and also sets out delivery-related terms applicable to Customers availing doorstep delivery, where offered.

  1. GENERAL
    1. Where doorstep delivery is offered as a service on the Platform, this Policy applies to you as a Customer. For all other standard Milk ATM transactions, this Policy applies to Driver operations.
    2. NIF makes all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure Products are delivered/dispensed in a timely manner.
  2. DRIVER OBLIGATIONS
    1. Drivers must comply with all assigned routes, operational guidelines, and safety standards communicated by NIF from time to time.
    2. Drivers must not misuse system access credentials, share login details, or access the Driver App on behalf of any other person.
    3. Misuse of the Driver App, route deviation without authorisation, or tampering with delivery records may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
    4. NIF may collect real-time GPS location data from Drivers during active duty for route tracking, delivery monitoring, deviation alerts, and operational performance measurement.
  3. DELIVERY TERMS FOR CUSTOMERS (WHERE APPLICABLE)
    1. For doorstep delivery orders, NIF aims to deliver within the timeline communicated at the time of order placement. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
    2. Delivery may be delayed on account of: (a) logistical issues beyond our control; (b) adverse weather conditions; (c) strikes or political disruptions; (d) acts of God; or (e) other force majeure events.
    3. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address information. NIF shall not be liable for non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
    4. If you are unavailable at the delivery address, a delivery attempt will be made and a notification sent. NIF shall not be responsible for spoilage resulting from delayed collection after delivery.
    5. You agree not to hold NIF responsible for disputes arising between you and any delivery personnel. NIF does not control the individual conduct of every delivery executive; however, misconduct may be reported to crm@nirpl.com.
  4. MACHINE OPERATIONS: Milk ATM maintenance is carried out periodically. Machines may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance windows.

PART F – CANCELLATION, REFUND AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY

We aim to provide the best Customer experience from initiating a transaction to resolving a dispute. This Policy governs our procedures for handling cancellations, refunds, and disputes.

  1. CANCELLATION
    1. Once a dispensing transaction is initiated and payment is deducted, it cannot be cancelled, as the transaction is processed in real time.
    2. Subscription plan orders may not be cancelled for a refund to the original payment source. Any unused balance shall remain in your Doodh Rath Wallet.
  2. REFUNDS
    1. All wallet top-up amounts are non-refundable to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, or card) under any circumstances.
    2. In the event milk is not dispensed due to machine malfunction, communication error, or technical failure attributable to NIF, the deducted amount shall be credited back to your Doodh Rath Wallet within 5–7 working days after investigation and verification.
    3. No cash refunds or direct bank transfers shall be provided in any circumstance, including but not limited to account closure, where refunds will be processed to the source account only after deducting applicable Cashback credits and verifying against fraudulent activity.
    4. Refunds shall not be granted in the following circumstances:
      1. Milk dispensed partially due to an unsuitable or insufficient container provided by the User;
      2. Machine unavailability where the User was adequately notified in advance;
      3. User's failure to be present at the machine during a scheduled dispensing window;
      4. Spoilage of dispensed milk due to the User's improper handling or storage;
      5. User error in selecting product quantity or type.
    5. You Agree and Confirm:
      1. No refund can be claimed where non-dispensing or delivery failure is attributable to incorrect address or information provided by you;
      2. No refund can be claimed for spoilage of milk already dispensed at the doorstep due to delayed collection by you;
      3. You shall use the Platform for lawful purposes only, in compliance with all applicable Indian laws.
  3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    1. All disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the relevant transaction through the Customer Support section of the App or by emailing crm@nirpl.com.
    2. NIF will investigate disputes on the basis of machine transaction logs, digital dispensing records, and payment gateway confirmations. The decision of NIF, after due investigation, shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
    3. In the event of a fraudulent refund or dispute claim, NIF reserves the right to: (a) block your account immediately; (b) forfeit all Wallet balances; and (c) initiate legal proceedings under applicable Indian law.

PART G – PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Doodh Rath Customer App and Doodh Rath Driver App collect, use, store, process, disclose, and protect User information. These applications are operated by NIF Private Limited. By using our Applications, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. This document is an electronic record governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder.

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT – CUSTOMER APP
    1. Personal Information: We may collect: (a) Full Name; (b) Mobile Number (OTP Verification); (c) Email Address (optional); (d) Delivery Address and PIN Code; (e) GPS Coordinates (for nearby machine discovery)
    2. Financial Information: We collect: (a) Wallet recharge history; (b) Subscription details; (c) Transaction logs. We do NOT store credit/debit card details. Payments are processed through authorised third-party gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, etc.) which maintain their own data security standards.
    3. Bluetooth (BLE) Usage: The App uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to connect to Milk ATMs, authorise milk dispensing, and receive transaction confirmation. BLE is used solely for machine interaction and not for tracking User location.
    4. Location Data: The App may access your device location (when in use) to: (a) display nearby Milk ATMs on the map; and (b) track delivery vehicle location where delivery services are enabled. Location access is not continuous and is limited to active use of the Platform.
  2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT – DRIVER APP
    1. Personal Information: We collect: (a) Name; (b) Mobile Number; (c) Employee ID; (d) Assigned Route Information.
    2. Location Data (Foreground and Background): The Driver App collects real-time GPS location data, including background location, while the driver is on active duty. This data is used for: (a) route tracking; (b) delivery monitoring; (c) route deviation alerts; (d) operational performance tracking.
    3. Device and Usage Data: We collect: (a) Device model; (b) App usage logs; (c) Attendance and activity logs.
  3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
    1. We use collected information to: (a) Authenticate Users and process registrations; (b) Process Wallet payments and subscription transactions; (c) Enable BLE-based milk dispensing; (d) Track delivery routes and generate invoices; (e) Improve App functionality and Customer experience; (f) Detect and prevent fraudulent or illegal activity; (g) Comply with legal and regulatory obligations; (h) Communicate order confirmations, updates, and promotional offers (with consent).
    2. We do not sell, rent, or trade User data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
  4. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
    1. We may share your information with: (a) payment gateway providers for processing transactions; (b) cloud hosting providers for data storage; (c) operational and support teams; and (d) legal authorities as required by applicable Indian law or judicial order.
    2. All third-party service providers with whom data is shared are bound by reasonable confidentiality obligations and data protection standards at least as protective as those described herein.
    3. In the event of a business reorganisation, merger, or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the new entity, subject to the same level of data protection.
  5. DATA SECURITY
    1. We implement industry-standard security measures including: (a) HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit; (b) secure cloud storage with restricted access; (c) role-based access controls and least-privilege principles; (d) encryption at rest where applicable.
    2. Notwithstanding best efforts, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk and agree not to hold NIF responsible for security breaches arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  6. DATA RETENTION
    1. We retain User data only for as long as necessary for operational, legal, and regulatory purposes. Transaction logs are retained for the period required under applicable law.
    2. Users may request account deletion by contacting crm@nirpl.com. Upon account deletion, personal data shall be deleted within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
  7. USER RIGHTS
    1. You have the right to: (a) access your personal data held by us; (b) request correction of inaccurate information; (c) request deletion of your account; and (d) withdraw consent for data processing, which may limit your ability to use the Platform.

  8. COOKIES AND TRACKING
    1. The App may use temporary cookies and device identifiers for session management and analytics. We do not use cookies to store Personal Information.
    2. Third-party services such as Google Maps API and Firebase may place their own tracking mechanisms. These services have their own privacy policies independent of NIF.
  9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY: Our Applications are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. If we are made aware of data collected from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.
  10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: Our Apps use third-party services including: (a) Google Maps API – for location services; (b) Firebase Services – for authentication, analytics, and push notifications; (c) Payment Gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) – for payment processing. Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy.
  11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

PART H – CUSTOMER SAFETY & AWARENESS

It has come to the notice of Doodh Rath (Platform) that fraudsters may approach Customers through fake promotional offers, fake email IDs, fake domains/websites confusingly similar to our Platform, social media profiles misusing the Doodh Rath brand and logo, and phone calls seeking OTPs or payments.

  1. CUSTOMERS AND GENERAL PUBLIC ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED:
    1. Exercise caution against fraudsters using fake email IDs, fake social media profiles (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), or fake websites impersonating Doodh Rath or NIF Private Limited;
    2. NIF or its representatives will NEVER call to collect advance payment for any offer or prize;
    3. NIF or its representatives will NEVER ask for your OTP or UPI PIN to process orders, offers, or cancellations;
    4. You are advised NOT to share your OTP, PIN, or UPI authentication with any person or unknown source, as this may lead to fraudulent debit from your account;
    5. Our official email domain is @nirpl.com ONLY — we do not use Gmail, Yahoo, Rediff, or similar public domains for official communication;
    6. To verify any offer or communication, contact us directly at crm@nirpl.com or call 1800 123 0800, or visit our official website.

Customers are advised to immediately report any suspicious activity or defrauding incident to local Police and the Cyber Crime Cell / National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (www.cybercrime.gov.in).

Any person dealing with fraudsters acting in the name of Doodh Rath or NIF does so at their own risk. NIF shall not be responsible for any loss suffered in such circumstances.
