Terms & Conditions

• The General Terms & Conditions are applicable on Offer (“Offer”) on Namaste India Milk Products of NIF Private Limited.

• This cashback can be claimed maximum up to until three days after the 'Use By' date printed on the offer pack.

• Offer is valid only for the citizens of India above 18 years of age and participation only in India and valid only in selected cities.

• This Offer entitles the end user to cashback on their bank account or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method.

• The maximum cashback amount per day per mobile number for any Participant is limited to INR. 9/-.

• Any consumer purchasing product Namaste India Gaadha Maza Milk or Namaste India Toned Milk offer pack shall be eligible for this offer. The customer shall receive a cashback (“Cashback”).

• Cashback Process: "After scanning the QR code on the milk offer packet and completing the necessary details on the webpage, cashback will be credited to the Participant's bank account via UPI or bank transfer.

• Registration: Registration is mandatory. No membership fee is required for registration.

• Identification: The customer's mobile phone number will serve as the unique identification number for the membership.

• These conditions apply to every person participating ("Participant”).

• By registration, a Participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Conditions”).

• No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the offer period.

• The customer will be responsible for entering details such as full name, UPI ID, mobile number, etc. NIF Private Limited will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the registration website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the details.

• The payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the payment processing partner reserves the right to modify, change, discontinue, terminate, or withdraw the Offer at any time during the offer period.

• In no event shall NIF Private Limited or its partner agency be held liable for any issues relating to the cashback not being honoured by the payment processing partner.

• In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the product purchased, as the case may be.

• Any disputes or differences in connection with the Offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur.

• The payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The payment partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity.

• This offer is subject to stock availability and government regulations.

• The information provided by Participant for registration under this offer is subject to the Privacy Policy of NIF Private Limited as available at https://www.namasteindiafoods.com/privacy-policy.

• This offer is not available to employees & their families of RSPL Group, including NIF Private Limited, its clients or agencies, trade partners, dealers, distributors, and their immediate families.

• This offer is subject to promotional availability. This offer is not exchangeable for “Cash.” And this offer is not for sale.

• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

• Only one registration per person will be entertained. Multiple registrations by multiple numbers or one number are not eligible.

• If the entrant is registered with the Do Not Disturb (DND) service, no SMS confirmation will be sent to any such mobile.

• NIF Private Limited is not responsible in case the offer period has expired before your purchase for any reason whatsoever.

• NIF Private Limited is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone or network lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems, or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to the entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.

• If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of NIF Private Limited, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud, NIF Private Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

• If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of NIF Private Limited which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, NIF Private Limited reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

• Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage NIF Private Limited's promotional website or the information on it, to cause malicious damage or interference with its normal functioning, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, NIF Private Limited reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If NIF Private Limited suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these conditions or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify NIF Private Limited for those losses, damages, and costs.

• NIF Private Limited accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for the misuse of QR Codes and is not liable for any personal loss or injury. NIF Private Limited cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality or availability of featured offers. NIF Private Limited, its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged QR Codes and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.

• NIF Private Limited hereby disclaims any responsibility and legal or financial liability for unclaimed offers, incentives, QR Codes, etc., once the applicable period of the promotional offer has lapsed.

• The Terms and Conditions of the offer can be changed during the promotional period by NIF Private Limited.

• By accepting these terms and conditions, you are giving consent to receive marketing materials such as SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, and other related communications from NIF Private Limited.

• In case of any disputes, the decision of NIF Private Limited will be final and binding.
