DESI GHEE WALI PANEER POTLI

FOR OUTER LAYER:

  • 1.5 cup refined wheat flour (maida)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Namaste India Desi Ghee
  • Add a little water to knead the wheat flour.

FOR OUTER LAYER:

  • 1-2 tsp Namaste India Desi Ghee
  • 2 Onions and 1 capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 cup grated paneer & grated cheese
  • 3 garlic clove (chopped)
  • 1 tsp green chili paste
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1 tsp amchur powder & jeera powder

HOW TO MAKE GULAB JAMUN

STEP- 1:

– Add salt and ghee in a bowl of maida.

– Mix well & add water to knead the dough.

– Cover it and leave for 15 minutes.

STEP- 2:

– In a hot pan, add garlic and green chillies to Namaste India Ghee and saute for 2 minutes.

– Add onions and saute until they turn pinkish.

– Incorporate capsicum and spices, ensuring thorough mixing.

– Add paneer and cheese, and mix evenly

– Allow the mixture to cool down

STEP- 3:

– Roll the puri into small circular shapes.

– Place a spoonful of stuffing on each and fold them into potli shapes.

– Heat ghee and fry the potli until they achieve a golden brown hue.
