Name of the Contest

“Goodie Bags with Namaste India” (“Contest”)

Organizing Entity

This Contest is being organized by NIF Private Limited having its registered office at 119-121 (Part), Block P&T Fazal Ganj Kanpur U.P. 208012 (“Namaste India”).

About the Contest

These terms and conditions contained herein, apply to the Contest, aimed at adding a “little extra fun and joy” in lives in form of participation in this Contest by filling a form available on the Namaste India’s official website: https://namasteindiafoods.com/namaste-india-cookies-campaign.html (each an “Entry” or collectively, “Entries”).

Contest Period

The Contest begins on 18th February, 2026 at 8:00 AM IST and ends on 28th February 2026 at 11:59 PM IST. Entries must be submitted within this period to be eligible (“Contest Period”).

Entries received after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Namaste India shall not be liable for late, lost or misdirected Entries.

Brand

The Contest promotes the brand “Namaste India” and their campaign “Promise Thode Zyada Ka”

Eligibility for Participants

• (a) Individuals who are 18 years and above and residents of India.
• (b) Minors may participate under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and any prizes won by a minor will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
• (c) Purchase of cookies launched by Namaste India is mandatory to participate in the Contest.
• (d) The Contest is not open to employees or trade partners (i.e. retailers, dealers, wholesales & distributors of Namaste India, government officials, political figures, politically affiliated entities, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this Contest.

“Participant(s)” shall mean any individual who meets the eligibility criteria and submits an Entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Valid Entries

All entries are subject to verification. Any entries found to be incomplete, invalid, or tampered with shall be disqualified at the discretion of Namaste India.

Territory

The Contest is valid only in India.

Agreement to Terms

By entering this Contest, the Participant agrees to abide by these terms, conditions and decisions of Namaste India. Namaste India reserves the right to refuse, delete, withdraw, or disqualify any Entry at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever.

How to Enter

Participants must submit their Entries and follow the following steps:

• a) Participants must purchase a cookie pack launched by Namaste India.
• b) Then the Participants must visit Namaste India’s official website https://namasteindiafoods.com/namaste-india-cookies-campaign.html and fill the asked details in the form available on the website.
• c) Click on Submit button after filling all the details asked for.

Contest Mechanism

Do’s:

• a) The Entries must be original and owned completely by the Participant submitting it.
• b) All the Entries should include the aforesaid mandatory requirements explained under Point 10 “How to Enter”.
• c) Participants are also encouraged to follow Namaste India’s official Instagram page: www.instagram.com/namasteindiafoods

Don’ts:

• a) The Participant agrees and undertakes that the image does not feature and will not display any brands, logo, trademark, or any other identifying feature etc. of any other brand, including but not limited to any third-party brands, or any prominent or competitive brands of Namaste India.
• b) Participants must ensure their Entries do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

In case of any violation of the Don’ts, Namaste India shall not be held liable and the Entry may be liable to be disqualified.

Rewards

8- 10 (eight to ten) winners shall be randomly selected every week and such selected winners will be eligible to receive a Goodie Bag featuring a curated variety of Namaste India’s premium cookies.

Each Participant shall be eligible to win only one Reward across the entire Contest Period.

The Participants shall under no circumstances be eligible to claim monetary benefit or exchange their gratification or ask for any other form of gratification whatsoever.

Acknowledgement & Disposal of Entries

Entries may not be acknowledged and may be destroyed after the Contest period at the sole discretion of Namaste India.

Responsibility of Winners

Winners are required to conduct themselves in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations at all times.

In case of cash rewards (if any), the applicable TDS shall be deducted from the winning amount before being credited to Winner’s wallet account. In case of non-cash rewards, the Winner shall be bound in order to be eligible to receive the rewards so won, to deposit the applicable amount of taxes/TDS to Namaste India. No non-cash reward shall be released to the Winner unless the applicable TDS is fully deposited.

Each winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes, fees, or other expenses that may arise in connection with the receipt, use, or enjoyment of the Rewards (if any). Namaste India assumes no responsibility for any such obligations.

Selection of Winner

All Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges appointed by Namaste India, using criteria specified solely at Namaste India’sdiscretion. Subsequently, the winners will be drawn from all valid Entries received by the end of the Contest Period. The decisions of Namaste India and the judging panel regarding the selection of winners are final and binding, and are not subject to challenge or appeal.

Notification to the Winners

Winners will be announced on Namaste India’s Instagram page: www.instagram.com/namasteindiafoods

Winners will be contacted via direct message on their mobile number used for participation. Winners must provide identity proof and residential details to claim the Rewards within the timelines, but not later than 7 days from the date of announcement of winners. In case any winner is unreachable, Namaste India reserves the right to forfeit the Rewards or pass it on to another Participant. The responsibility for timely and accurate submission of the information for claiming the Reward rests solely with the winners. Namaste India cannot be held accountable for any failure to provide necessary or correct information by any Participant.

Delivery of Rewards

Winners will receive their reward via courier at the address provided by them, within 15 business days from the date of the winner announcement.

Rights including Intellectual Property Rights in Entries, feedback and data of Participants and Contest.

• a) The Participant hereby irrevocably assigns, transfers, and conveys to Namaste India and its group companies, without limitation and for the full term of protection (including any extensions or renewals), all rights, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to any and all materials, content, or Entries submitted in connection with the Contest (including but not limited to name, photograph, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements, video, image, or any other media or content, collectively, the “Submissions”) with no entitlement to compensation.
• b) The Participant hereby further agrees and undertakes to do any and all acts and execute any and all documents in such manner and at such locations as may be required by Namaste India in its sole discretion in order to secure, protect, perfect or enforce any of Namaste India’s rights in the Submissions, pursuant to this Contest and/or Terms and Conditions contained herein.
• c) Namaste India and its group companies shall have the unrestricted right, but not the obligation to use, broadcast, publish, display or otherwise make public the Participant’s details and Submissions (including videos, images, or other content) on its websites, platforms and through any and all modes, media and formats, whether now known or hereafter developed, as determined by Namaste India in sole its discretion.
• d) The Participants further relinquish their rights to make any claims or raise any dispute regarding use of their Submissions.

Modification

Namaste India reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice to the Participants.

Use of Entries for Promotional Purposes

The Participants grant Namaste India and its group companies a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use their Entries for any purposes including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide. Further, Namaste India may create derivative works of the Entries for any purpose including promotional, publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes. Participants acknowledge that their Entries may be used for promotional and publicity purposes, and grant Namaste India, the exclusive right to monetize the Entries.

Namaste India’s Rights of Editing Entries

Namaste India reserves the right to edit, alter, or modify the Entries to ensure compliance with technical specifications and applicable laws.

Social Media Disclaimer

The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, associated or administered by Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platforms (“Platforms”). Participants irrevocably release and discharge the Platforms from any liability, claims, demands, or cause of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest. All information and materials submitted by the Participants in connection with the Contest are provided solely to Namaste India and not to the Platforms. Participants acknowledge and agree that the Platforms bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever with respect to the administration, conduct, or fulfillment of the Contest.

Application / Platform Disclaimer

The use of any Application / Platform’s name in these Terms and Conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the Terms and Conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign, or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of such payment Application / Platform.

There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate, or any other relationship between the Namaste India and the Application / Platform Voucher, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.

Personal Data Protection

Personal data provided by Participants will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and conducting related promotional activities. Participants shall have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time. Participants hereby agree, acknowledge and consent to Namaste India engaging third-party service providers to process personal data strictly for the purpose of managing and promoting the Contest. Namaste India reserves the right to verify the Participant’s data at any time. The use of Entries and associated personal data for promotional activities by Namaste India does not constitute a breach of confidentiality. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the Contest, participants agree to their information being held and processed to the fullest extent permissible as per applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Contest, its content, and all related materials are and shall remain the exclusive property of Namaste India and/or its group companies. Participation in the Contest does not grant Participants any rights in or to such intellectual property, except as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Contest Advertising

Contest advertising and marketing will be done on appropriate Platforms determined by Namaste India.

Prohibited Actions and Disqualification

Use of automated systems or tools to participate in the Contest is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to enter the Contest using such automated means may lead to disqualification of the Participant.

Namaste India reserves the rights to disqualify any Participant if their actions or information they provide are found to be non-compliant with these terms and conditions. To maintain the integrity of the Contest, Namaste India may take necessary actions to protect against fraudulent or invalid claims and Entries.

Contest Modification and Termination

Namaste India reserves the right at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest at any time, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If any issues arise that affect the integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Namaste India may, in its sole discretion, determine winners based on eligible entries received up to the date of such action.

Indemnity

Participants hereby release and hold harmless Namaste India from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or related to their participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of any Rewards. Namaste India assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from Entries, technical failures, network issues, errors in the administration of the Contest, or Participant’s information. Participants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namaste India against any claims, demands, or actions arising from or related to their Entries.

Force Majeure

Namaste India shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement or modification of the Contest due to events beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.

Language Precedence

In case of conflict between English and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

Limitation of Liability

Namaste India shall not be liable for any issues arising from indirect or consequential damages, illegitimate entries, technical failures, errors, or changes in contact information of the Participants. Further, Namaste India shall not be responsible for any failure to supply Rewards resulting from circumstances beyond its control and for reasons not attributable to Namaste India

Governing Law

The Contest shall be governed by the laws of Indian, and the courts in Kanpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from this Contest. Participants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, India.

Survival

Notwithstanding the conclusion or termination of the Contest, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature are intended to survive, including but not limited to clauses relating to intellectual property rights, personal data usage, indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall continue in full force and effect.

No queries, claims, dispute, complaints, or grievances pertaining to the Contest shall be entertained from the date of the closure of the Contest Period.
